ABOUT FLOREAST

What is Floreast?
Floreast is a Canadian botanical wellness tea brand. We make four pyramid tea bag blends — each one formulated with specific botanicals for a specific wellness purpose. No fillers, no artificial additives, no shortcuts.

Where is Floreast based?
Floreast is operated from Canada and fulfilled locally in British Columbia. Our botanicals are sourced globally and our teas are shipped directly to Canadian customers via Canada Post.

Are your teas certified organic?
Our blends are not certified organic at this stage. All ingredients are plant-based and selected for quality. We are transparent about every ingredient and its percentage on every product page.

Are your teas safe?
All four Floreast blends are formulated as Natural Health Products under Health Canada's very low risk category. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

What are the four blends?
Petalflow — Digestive Wellness Tea
Roseglow — Skin Glow Tea
Rootforge — Men's Vitality Tea
Mossmist — Throat & Lung Support Tea

How many times can I steep each bag?
Each pyramid bag is steepable up to three times. The first steep is the fullest. The second is softer. The third is gentle and clean.

How do I brew Floreast teas?
Use water at 85°C — not boiling. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Each bag makes up to three cups. For full brewing guidance visit our How to Brew page.

Can I drink more than one cup a day?
One cup per day is the recommended amount. Botanical wellness is cumulative — consistency over time matters more than volume.

Can I drink Floreast teas if I am pregnant?
Petalflow and Roseglow contain rose — avoid if pregnant or allergic to pollen. Rootforge and Mossmist are not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.

Can children drink Floreast teas?
Mossmist is not recommended for infants. The other blends are formulated for adults. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before giving any botanical tea to children.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only. US shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled in British Columbia and shipped via Canada Post. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $9.99 flat rate on orders under $45. Orders $45 and above ship free.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose your blend, select your preferred frequency — every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks — and save 20% on every order automatically. Free shipping is included on all subscription orders.

Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can skip a delivery, delay your next order, or cancel anytime from your account page. No fees, no questions asked.

Does the FLOREAST10 discount code apply to subscriptions?
No. The welcome discount applies to one-time purchases only. Subscriptions already include a 20% saving.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info.floreast@gmail.com and we will make it right. Due to the nature of consumable products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items but we will always work with you to find a solution.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at info.floreast@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
